We met Jim Fitzmorris and his team at Dependable Contracting when we thought our long-held dream of building a log home had no chance of becoming reality.  Despite obstacles including the criminal scams of a former rotten contractor to difficult demands and frustrating delays from the bank, Jim led us through the entire building process.  He sat with us for hours, listened to what we wanted for our home, then made excellent suggestions that were both beautiful and cost-saving!  He or his wife Lynette answered every call/email/text promptly and notified us well in advance of things we needed to do and things they were doing to keep the process moving forward.  And Lynette was our personal hero when dealing with the bank!  From design, site prep, well and septic installation, and finish work that has become a beautiful, solid, comfortable log home that fits the site like a glove, Jim and Lynette Fitzmorris and their team at Dependable Contracting helped us realize our dream!  Their pride in quality workmanship has become our pride in ownership.  We couldn’t be happier or thank them enough!
