Jim Fitzmorris of Dependable Contracting completed our current home in June of 2014. My wife and I found him to be very professional and pleasant to work with throughout the building process. This current home is the third that we have built and Jim was the best of our different contractors. His method of tracking his expenses was easy to understand and allowed for good flexibility whenever a change needed to be done. Jim also did a very good job of recognizing where building plans might best be altered in order to better satisfy us in what we were trying to achieve. We lived out of state at the time the house was being built and felt very confident that things were progressing smoothly without us regularly being on site. At the end of the project, unused building funds were ours, which was greatly appreciated.

Not only was Jim pleasant to work with, his sub-contractors were also pleasant and professional and when he wasn’t around they were able to clearly answer our questions and concerns. I would recommend, without reservation, Dependable Contracting to any person considering building a home.
