Jim Fitzmorris of Dependable Contracting completed our cabin on the Pend Oreille River in June of 2021.  He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly throughout the building process, and his wife Lynette was very helpful as well.  The cabin is awesome, and it has far exceeded our expectations!

Jim more than lived up to the name of his company from day one of our relationship.  He called us exactly when he said he would and was always on time for meetings.  He provided us with new ideas and shared his expertise on everything from maximizing river views to creatively using log accents throughout the home.  He recommended that we change the location for the bar in the basement and then proceeded to build us a truly amazing and unique custom log bar that really makes the room.  He was very flexible when we made changes to our original plans, and he kept the project within the budget we set at the beginning.

Most importantly, Jim and his crew members built our cabin like it was their own.  It was easy to tell how much pride they took in their work, and they went the extra mile for us on numerous occasions.  They worked with passion and energy through the cold of winter and the heat of summer to make sure that everything was right for us.

Overall, we are extremely happy with the way our cabin turned out, and we would highly recommend Jim and his company for any building project.  We would also welcome anyone who would like to visit our place and see it for yourself!
