We chose Dependable Contracting initially because Jim clearly showed an interest in building our home. He helped us through all of the phases of our project, from recommending an architect that could help us get our ideas into actual plans for the house, helping us refine those plans by making educated suggestions, helped to keep us on budget and making sure that we were kept informed as building moved along. The project stayed on schedule and was completed as planned. The pride of workmanship and Jim’s attention to detail was exceptional. The best surprise was that there were no surprises! Thank you, Jim for giving us a great experience and a wonderful home that we will enjoy for many years to come!
