Working with Dependable Contracting on our future retirement property was great!

We have some experience with building, as we have added onto and remodeled several homes on our own, and had a realistic idea of what it should cost. When several contractors came in with outrageous bids, 50-100% higher than our budget, we thought our dreams of a retirement property were dead. Then we met Jim Fitzmorris of Dependable Contracting. He provided us with a realistic bid and stayed on budget. We were unable to be on site much, living 16 hours away, but Jim and Lynette kept us informed with phone calls, emails, and pictures.Jim’s attention to detail and pride in craftmanship is refreshing.

We are enjoying frequent trips to Kettle Falls, now that out garage/guest house is done, and are planning for the retirement home (phase 2) we will be building in the near future. We hope to work with Jim on this next project as well.
